This one-of-a-kind original watercolor painting, “Downtown St. George Island,” was created en plein air on location in Florida during a painting demonstration for Plein Air South, March 2026.
Working directly from life allowed the subtle atmosphere, light, and urban landscape to be observed and painted in the moment.
The painting was created using watercolors on Fabriano Artistico 100% cotton watercolor paper.
